The terms that apply when you use the Alliance Digitech website.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.alliancedigitech.com (the “Website”), operated by Alliance Digitech Pvt. Ltd. (“Alliance Digitech”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Alliance Digitech is an authorised distributor and channel partner for imaging products (multifunction printers, copiers and plotters), including sales, rentals and annual maintenance, and a provider of audio-visual solutions, including sales with manufacturer warranty support, operating from Noida, Uttar Pradesh and serving customers across India.
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our products and services and to contact us. You agree not to:
We take care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but content is provided for general information only. Product names, descriptions, specifications, images and any indicative pricing are subject to change without notice and may vary by configuration, region and manufacturer revisions. Where our information differs from the manufacturer's current official specification, the manufacturer's specification prevails.
Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance. A binding contract for the supply of any product or service arises only when we issue a written quotation that you accept, or when we accept your purchase order in writing and issue an invoice.
Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on either side. Quotations are valid only for the period stated in them and are subject to stock availability, manufacturer pricing and applicable taxes at the time of order confirmation.
All supplies of equipment, rental arrangements and annual maintenance contracts are governed by the separate written agreement, quotation, work order or purchase order applicable to that transaction, together with the standard commercial terms provided at that stage. Those documents, not the Website, set out price, scope, delivery, payment terms, service levels and warranty.
Manufacturer warranties on products are provided by the respective manufacturers on their own terms. Alliance Digitech facilitates warranty and service support as an authorised partner.
The Website and its content, including text, layout, graphics, photographs and the Alliance Digitech name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Alliance Digitech and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference in evaluating our products and services. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our written permission.
Third-party names, brands and trademarks shown on the Website, including Konica Minolta, Kyocera and Epson, are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we are authorised to supply and service.
The Website may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses, or that the information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alliance Digitech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This clause applies to your use of the Website only and does not affect the liability provisions of any separate contract for the supply of products or services.
You agree to indemnify Alliance Digitech against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, power failure, acts of government, or natural events.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, applies to your use of the Website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
